The housemother serves as a link between the patients&#8217; families and the caregiving staff; we try to facilitate the transition between living at home to living in a facility. <\/p>\n<p>As the housemother and the manager of housekeeping, I coordinate all the different housekeeping aspects at Bet Hadar such as, cleaning the facility, ensuring fresh hot meals every day and clean laundry.<\/p>\n<p>Bet Hadar\u2019s staff is a skilled team that also knows how to be humane, caring, attentive and with a genuine desire to help people, all while working as a team.
